At DRIPLABEL, every order is packed with intent not rushed, not careless.
Here’s how shipping works.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During drops or heavy traffic, processing might take a little longer good things don’t move sloppy.
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery:
- Metro cities: 2–5 business days
- Rest of India: 4–8 business days
These are estimates delays can happen due to couriers, weather, or situations outside our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
We may update shipping charges anytime no prior notice required.
Address Accuracy
Make sure your details are correct.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect address
- Missing details
If your order gets returned due to this, re-shipping charges will apply.
Undelivered / Returned Shipments
If a package is returned due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
It will not be eligible for a refund.
Re-shipping will be chargeable.
All pieces remain final sale.
Tracking
Tracking details are shared via email or WhatsApp after dispatch.
Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact within 24 hours of delivery
- Share a full unboxing video

If approved, resolution will be:
- Replacement
- Store credit
No refunds.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship within India only.
